Secondo questo ragionamento allora in Italia chi non compra la Gazzetta Ufficiale puo' disattendere qualsiasi nuova legge e/o dire che non lo sapeva, si da il caso pero' che la legge non ammette ignoranza.

 

La Gazzetta Ufficiale è cartacea e gratuita mentre x Internet devi possedere un Pc e non tutti lo posseggono o hanno un collegamento a internet.....

Ragazzi ho appena controlalto sul sito ittf e sulla coverin list quella delle gomme omologate non so hanno messo delle robe strane per le gomme best e 999 e le dawei non ci sono più mi dispiace per chi le usa o chi le ha comprate ma sono fuori. controllate voi stessi.

Su altro Forum ho rilevato un 'update' della situazione Dawei. La riporto (soprattutto per il mio amico Lucioping) sperando possa piacere

There were a number of people on this forum that expressed concern over the Dawei suspension. I've been talking with the Dawei people and have reviewed some correspondance from ITTF to Dawei and vice-versa. I do not feel it's appropriate to post them here but if someone wants more detail they can email me.

Basically, Dawei Group is broken into a number of smaller groups. The charges in dispute were incurred during the '01 Worlds. They were actually incurred by the Dawei clothing group. Sharara's position was that because it was Dawei, they have a lein on the Dawei logo so to speak. And they have no means of recourse against the clothing line, so all they can do is ban the rubber. He understands that there are different subdivisions of Dawei, but he feels this is his only recourse. Of course, he could go to court you would think. As I understand all this is taking place in China so there's not the multinational barriers I thought might be involved.

Dawei group has sent a letter to the ITTF asking for any contracts that show the $35,000 US dollars in dispute. So far, they claim that they can't find these charges anywhere on their contracts. Again to date Dawei claims ITTF hasn't provided them with documentation proving that they owe this money. I also have a copy of the letter Dawei has sent to ITTF in response. It would seem that these $35,000 are just a small part of $200,000 already paid to ITTF from this sponsorship. In this letter they promise to pay any charges that can be proved through contract. They also reserve the right to seek damages in court from any misrepresentation of their situation or loss of revenue resulting from ITTF's actions regarding the matter.

There is no doubt that I'm seeing the situation from one side, and that I have an interest in that side. I'm sure the ITTF could easily post their side of the story here or if they want to email me an official response I'll be happy to post it for them. Somehow I doubt that's going to happen. I would imagine that they will stick with something to the effect of "Dawei is delinquent and the matter is private."

In any case the Chinese TTA is now involved in the matter and I'm guessing one way or another it will be resolved. It just seems to me that this is an issue that should be resolved in court. You didn't see the USATT banning all of Killerspin's equipment when they were in dispute did you? This makes me think that ITTF doesn't like their chances in court if they pursued it through those avenues.

 

La decisione ITTF è davvero fuori luogo e temo per i fedeli Dawei, me compreso, che possa uscire dalla prossima lista e magari rientrare in quella dopo.

Ho parlato con gli arbitri italiani che non sanno assolutamente niente e finchè la Fitet non recepirà la decisione ITTF e non manderà comunicazione a tutti, le Dawei sono da ritenersi omologate.

 

Veramente la gazzetta si compra in abbonamento.....

 

Giusto! ho cambiato ben 4 tipi di puntini corti e, adesso che cominciavo a trovarmi bene con la dawei 2mm dovrei cambiarla di nuovo ?... non se ne parla nemmeno....Almeno fino a comunicazioni e preavvisi ufficiali.

 

Oggi è uscito il comunicato sul sito Fitet.
E ora come la mettiamo? Ufficialmente vietate in tornei e campionati?

 

Azz.. mi sa che c'hai ragione; in Italia che cosa c'è di gratuito????

 

e bravi quelli della Fitet, un giorno prima del torneo nazionale, con una lista approvata sino a dicembre: mi chiedo se non potevano pensare ai giocatori per una volta, spero che almeno l'applicazione sia rimandata a dopo torneo.
